Paul Waller
Paul is an experienced trial lawyer who has appeared in the British Columbia Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and has represented clients before various administrative and regulatory tribunals regarding professional regulation and administrative law, including the Liquor Control and Licensing Board, Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, Environmental Appeal Board, Employment Standards Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, Certified General Accountants Board, and British Columbia Securities Commission.
Paul is mainly a litigator and often acts for parties involved in complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, construction disputes, and general civil litigation matters.
Paul also assists his clients with real estate conveyances and provides advice when incorporating a business.
